Administration Support Our client in the Marble and Granite Fabrication industry is urgently hiring for an Administration Support position to join their team in Bolton,ON.Responsibilities- Making calls to follow up on billings and following up on receivables- Posting invoices- AP/AR experience- Billing for builders- Data Entry- Filing paperwork- Administration DutiesAbilities- Strong organizational skills & attention to detail- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Great with computers (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and other database software)- Experience with ACCPAC would be preferred- Organized and understands how to manage time- Goal oriented with the ability to complete a high volume of work within deadlineJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per yearBenefits:
