Project Maintenance Coordinator – Aluma SystemsBolton, Ontario,CANReporting to the Branch Manager, the Project / Maintenance Coordinator is responsible to: Participate in the setting up of projects and help follow their progress; Managing all the repairs from the outside outsource vendors; Provide technical and administrative support to vendors in order to maximize efficiency and customer response times; Ensure that constraints and obstacles have been managed; Raise coordination issues with the Operations Manager in order to prevent difficulties; Collaborate in the management and follow-up of changes; Maintain and develop good interpersonal relations and quality communication with the various stakeholders; Responsible for the accuracy of information to ensure optimal operational performance; Responsible for the organization of documentation and filing in the structure; Participate in the production of various reports and tables/statistics; Create forms and work tools;REQUIREMENTS Successful completion of high school diploma. Some college preferred.
