Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation of operating systems and system upgrades (Windows and Linux);Analysis, research and resolution of system problems;System configuration, optimization and monitoring;System backup and restore;Complete server management;Prepare and analyze reports, as well as draft documents;Interact with technicians, cable workers, customers, managers and service providersCritical QualificationsDiploma in computer science;In-depth knowledge of VMware, Windows, Linux, MS Exchange, SCCM, SCOM.Good knowledge of Active directoryMinimum 5 years #39; experience;Bilingualism required: as part of his/her duties, this person will be required to interact in English with stakeholders outside Quebec.Preferred QualificationsMicrosoft and/or Linux certification an asset;Knowledge of VEEAM products an assetExcellent oral and written communication skills;Autonomy, versatility and initiative;Ability to solve complex problems and work as part of a team;Excellent time management, independent, and self-taught.Work ConditionsVariable working hours adjusted as needed;Overtime required on occasion;Availability for emergenciesAdditional InformationPosition type : P2, non-management Job status : Permanent, full-timePossible work location : Boucherville Flexible work profile: Mobile Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.Please apply directly online to be considered for this role.
