Learn more about this opportunity below:We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative with superior communication skills and previous experience in customer service. Primarily, this role is responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients in North America.Responsibilities and Duties- Provide excellent customer service to our customers via phone and email, providing information on our products and services;- Place customer sales orders in ERP software (M3);- Follow-up, process, and confirm any additional updates and changes with Customers as needed, such as price changes, shipping delays, additional product needs, etc.;- Communicate effectively and daily with internal departments, such as Production, Logistics, etc., to verify order status for customers;- Verify and process all Warranty contracts;- Follow-up with external sales representatives on their requests;- Electronically file documents as needed;- All other customer service-related tasks.Qualifications- High school diploma required;- At least 2 years of experience in a previous customer service role required;- Previous experience with M3 an asset;- Communicate clearly and effectively with others in both written and verbally required (Bilingualism an asset);- Previous experience with softphones an asset;- Microsoft Office proficiency required;- Able to work proficiently in a team-oriented setting, as well as independently;- Light physical effort – able to lift between 5 and 20lbs at times;- Ability to sit for 1-4 hours at a time;- Ability to perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time;- Able to remain calm while under pressure.Employees should be willing to learn and eager to bring new ideas to their team.
