Job Description

As the need for residential ventilation units increases, the Systemair Bouctouche location is in full growth and looking to hire motivated and dependable employees to grow with us.Working at Systemair is an opportunity for a safe, comfortable, and promising career with the possibility for advancement for those with a good work ethic and willingness to learn.We are seeking a full-time Production Improvement Coordinator with superior analytical skills and experience or education in Manufacturing, Process Improvement, and/or Project Management at our New Brunswick facility. Learn more about this opportunity below:Responsibilities and Duties- Coordinate production improvement projects with Production Management;- Lead lean manufacturing initiatives;- Research manufacturing equipment and find solutions to implement in production regarding automation, ergonomics, etc.;- Participate in new product launches to increase production efficiencies;- Improve processes in relation to ISO 9001 standard;- Develop and document proper work methods, such as assembly line instructions, LMS, training and education documentation, etc.;- Contribute to maintenance process improvements;- Perform cost analysis of equipment failures using Maintenance software.Qualifications- Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience preferred;- Possess basic knowledge of manufacturing processes;- Experience in Microsoft Office;- Have excellent written and oral communication in both official languages an asset;- Knowledge in Maintenance software an asset;- Experience in Lean manufacturing an asset.Employees should be willing to learn and eager to bring new ideas to their team.
