Learn more about this opportunity below:Responsibilities and Duties- Coordinate production improvement projects with Production Management;- Lead lean manufacturing initiatives;- Research manufacturing equipment and find solutions to implement in production regarding automation, ergonomics, etc.;- Participate in new product launches to increase production efficiencies;- Improve processes in relation to ISO 9001 standard;- Develop and document proper work methods, such as assembly line instructions, LMS, training and education documentation, etc.;- Contribute to maintenance process improvements;- Perform cost analysis of equipment failures using Maintenance software.Qualifications- Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience preferred;- Possess basic knowledge of manufacturing processes;- Experience in Microsoft Office;- Have excellent written and oral communication in both official languages an asset;- Knowledge in Maintenance software an asset;- Experience in Lean manufacturing an asset.Employees should be willing to learn and eager to bring new ideas to their team.
