Learn more about this opportunity below:Responsibilities and Duties- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on Systemair’s products and services;- Provide support to all customers, agents, and salesforce;- Provide basic technical support via phone and email regarding issues with wiring, damage, or various parts;- Process quotes, sales orders, RMA’s, and verify order information;- Follow-up on existing and potential customer needs;- Follow-up on requests from the sales department.Qualifications- High school diploma required;- Fluently bilingual an asset;- Previous experience in Customer Sales and Service required;- Communicate clearly and effectively with others;- Microsoft Office experience required;- Able to work proficiently in a team-oriented setting, as well as independently.Employees should be willing to learn and eager to bring new ideas to their team.
