WELCOME KIOSK ATTENDANT – IRVING ECO-CENTRE, la DUNE de BOUCTOUCHEJ.D. Irving, Limited is currently seeking a Welcome Kiosk Attendant for the Irving Eco-Centre in Bouctouche, NB for the upcoming the operating season. This is a term employment opportunity and making it ideal for a student.Irving Eco-Centre:La dune de Bouctouche was developed by J.D. Irving, Limited (JDI) to preserve and restore one of the few remaining great sand dunes on the northeastern coastline of North America.Located on the Northumberland Strait of New Brunswick, just minutes north of the town of Bouctouche, the dune offers a blend of recreational opportunities and learning experiences for anyone who wants to enjoy its special beauty.While working in the Visitor Information Center, you will be responsible for:Greeting visitors onsite and responding to their inquiries.Providing information to children and adult visitors, individually or in groups.Maintaining positive public relations with visitors.Various administrative duties such as answering telephone calls and generating reports.Ensuring safety, quality and environmental standards are maintained.QualificationsBilingual (English & French) is required.Excellent oral communication skills & the ability to tailor speech and messages to a variety of audiences.Available to work on a rotating schedule which includes evenings and weekends.Motivated to work with minimal supervision.Committed to top performance in a safe work environment.We appreciate your interest in our company!
