Job Description

We are entrepreneurial-minded organization that welcomes and support individual idea and strategies. We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our Brampton, ON.Responsibilities:

  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Assist and advise drivers on company information
  • Conduct new drivers induction, assisting drivers to get onboard and to maintain DQ files, audit reports and renewals of driver documents.
  • Establish and manage proper workflow to ensure daily, weekly and monthly DOT / IFTA reporting and requirements are met
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Ensure safetyamp; security procedures are adhered to
  • Overlook effective equipment maintenance
  • Monitor driver logs and ELD hours of service
  • Discipline drivers when necessary
  • Other Ad hoc responsibilities related to Driver Support
Requirements
  • College diploma or university degree preferred
  • Good knowledge about MTO and DOT rules and regulations.
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
  • High level of personal integrity, objectivity and honesty.
