Job Description

Print Shop Representative - Hub

  • Looking for a Full-Time job with Full Benefits - No Weekends or Evenings

  • Do you enjoy helping customers with their printing needs
As a print shop representative, you will play a key role in ensuring professional photographers, businesses, and hobbyists understand the value of print by providing guidance on print options and delivering high-quality output. Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing customers with guidance on optimizing digital files for printing
  • Handling print orders from intake to fulfillment, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery
  • Operating and maintaining printers and equipment
  • Ensuring high-quality standards for all orders
  • Scheduling repairs as needed to minimize downtime
  • Providing support to customers and Canon Professional Services by handling inquiries and warranty exchange requests
  • Monitoring inventory levels of printing materials and reordering supplies
  • Recommending additional services, features, or upgrades based on customer needs, and assisting with eCommerce order release and payment processing
  • Hosting small group events in the shop that promote printing experience and work-flow
  • Ensuring the proper opening and closing of the Canon Print Shop
  • Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
To Succeed, You Will Have:
  • High School or Equivalent Diploma
  • Minimum 3 years experience in producing professional print products
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and print deadlines
  • The ability to generate reports and analyze data to provide recommendations to management
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to edit customers #39; photos
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers
