• Marketing and selling services to insurance adjusters
• Attending industry networking events including golf tournaments, trade shows, etc.
• Manage and grow existing accounts as well as bring in new business in your territory
• Provide business solutions and recommendations to clients
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that clients are well-informed
• Reach out to leads through cold calling
• Coordinate with the operations team to define the scope of work for new clients
• Submit regular activity and results reports
• Provide valuable feedback to management to positively influence company services and policies

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver #39;s license and your vehicle to travel to work
• Must complete a criminal background check
• Previous sales experience in a service-based organization is required
• Enthusiastic, ambitious, and entrepreneurial – a desire to exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Confident and capable in prospecting, presentations, negotiation, and closing
• The ability to communicate in French and English would be well-regarded
