Job Description

You must be physically present in Ontario in order to applyReference: JobCart.caWe are looking for a security supervisor for an event in BramptonResponsibilities:

  • Supervise and oversee the work of security guards to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor security systems and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Investigate security incidents and report findings to management.
  • Ensure that security staff are following all safety regulations and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement emergency response plans.
Requirements:
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must have a valid security guard license and previous supervisory experience in the security industry.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of security guards to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, employees, and law enforcement officials.
  • Proficient in the use of security equipment.
  • Ability to respond to emergencies and make quick decisions under pressure.
  • Knowledge of local laws, regulations, and industry standards related to security and safety.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
