The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to move products throughout the warehouse efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols.Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, and order pickers to transport materials and products within the warehouse.
• Perform order picking tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled correctly.
• Utilize the warehouse management system to track inventory levels and manage stock movements.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues.
• Assist with heavy lifting and moving of products as needed, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

RequirementsExperience

• Previous experience as a Forklift Operator or in a similar role within a warehouse distribution setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in operating various types of forklifts, including clamp trucks and order pickers.
• Basic math skills for accurate order picking and inventory management.
• Mechanical knowledge is a plus, enabling effective troubleshooting of equipment issues.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
• Must be fully licensed with at least 3 years experience on a Walkie
