Our dedication to Integrity, Transparency, and Innovation ensures a professional and honest experience for all candidates.Location: Various locations across ManitobaThe Development/Fundraising Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all fundraising activities, including the annual fund, major gifts, planned giving, special events, and capital campaigns. This role involves building relationships with donors, volunteers, and stakeholders to support the financial sustainability of the organization.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising plan.
  • Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major donors and prospects.
  • Plan and coordinate fundraising events and campaigns.
  • Manage donor databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Prepare grant proposals and reports for foundations and corporate donors.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop fundraising materials and communication strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of fundraising activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of fundraising principles and techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in fundraising software and donor management systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with donors and stakeholders.
