Job descriptionWho you are:As a Crew Lead with TNL Lawn Service, you are highly organized and have the ability to lead and motivate your team to ensure quality lawn and landscaping services throughout the seasons.Responsibilities:· Operate and supervise the safe operation of a variety of equipment (snowplows, snow blowers, skid steers, tractor)· Supervise a crew of 3-4 team members· Ensure completion at job sites· Manage safety, quality, productivity of work at job sites· Provide quality customer service while on-site· Ensure maintenance trailers are loaded with necessary equipment for job sites· Communicate all necessary updates to office· Supervise crew for both seasonal landscaping jobs and snow and ice removal· Act as an example in adhering to TNL’s company policies and safety procedures· Other duties as assignedQualifications:· 1 year experience in leadership role within landscaping industry· 2-3 years’ experience in landscaping· 1-2 years’ experience in snow and ice management· Competent supervisory skills· Keen attention to detail· Team-oriented individual· Valid G driver’s licenseWork remotely
