Job Description

Customer Service RepresentativeBrantford, ONOur long-time customer is looking for an afternoon Customer Service Representative for their mid-size, yet busy distribution warehouse. In this role, the right candidate will be interacting and providing service support with the general public, transportation personnel and internal warehouse personnel. Whether it be from your desk or directly within the warehouse.Wage - $19.00 – $20.00/hour Monday-Friday

  • Generate Bills of Lading, and prepare documents for shipment
  • Answer incoming phone calls, emails and other correspondence
  • Utilize programs such as SAP & Microsoft Office Suite
  • Provide customer support to general public, as well as drivers and other personnel
  • Other clerical duties as required
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • Previous administrative experience a must
  • A team player
  • Knowledgeable in programs such as Excel & Outlook. SAP knowledge a bonus
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills – both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail with a positive attitude
  • Open to learning and growing with a success company
