Job Description

Pioneer Family Pools is currently seeking several candidates for General Labour positions in our Brantford Distribution Centre steel shop. These positions are straight days in a fast-paced, friendly & positive environment. Some heavy lifting, squatting & crouching.Duties (Include but not limited to):

  • Lifting & stacking heavy steel panels
  • Using cordless power tools (impact / drill)
  • Using saws / grinders
  • Proper use of manual pallet jack and / or 2-wheel dolly
  • Use of steel bander to securely strap down kits
  • General housekeeping duties (sweeping, taking out garbage, yard cleanup)
Qualifications / Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools (drills, impact guns, saws, etc.)
  • CSA certified work boots or shoes required
  • Self-Starter with strong work ethic
  • Able to lift up to 70lbs
  • Maintaining good housekeeping standards at all times.
  • Individuals who are punctual and show up ready to work EVERY day.
  • Must be able to work on your feet for the entire shift as well as squat and crouch often.
We are looking for both permanent and seasonal staff.Wage TBD, depending on experience / skill set.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, SeasonalSalary: $18.00-$20.00 per hourAdditional pay:
