The General Labourer assists the paint and fabrication department with the production of structural and architectural steel.Main responsibilities will include:
  • Rig, hoist and move materials with overhead cranes
  • Operate trade tools such as: grinder, mag drill, welder to assist Fabricators and Painters
Skills, Knowledge and Competency Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to learn
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures
  • A team player, who can interrelate and operate efficiently with peers and other associates within a collegial, yet demanding, work environment
  • Organization Skills and the ability to be flexible in managing changing priorities
  • Strong time management skills

  • Manual dexterity
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
