  • Develop and implement media planning, buying, and innovation strategies
  • Develop social media strategy for content – paid and organic. Analyze performance data and see what we can attribute to specific goals. Identify best practices.
  • Develop marketing plan that support lines of service and brand objectives and devise campaigns that increase brand awareness
  • Coordinate the development of various marketing collateral for multiple channels and touch points, including print, web, public relations, articles, blogs, social media, digital artwork, newsletters, merchandising, in-store, events and tradeshows
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) including product managers, application experts, sales experts and designers to create compelling content for customers.
Marketing Operations
  • Assist with execution of training, webinars, tradeshows, and events
  • Analyze and process business development fund claims
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with agencies and suppliers
  • Work with product planning and sales to assist in determining sales tools and collateral needs
Commercial Execution
  • Work with product marketing and business vertical marketing leaders to assist in developing integrated marketing plans
  • Track engagement on all activities and assign leads where necessary
  • Determine metrics that measure activity effectiveness to report to stakeholders and drive continuous improvement in campaign and activities.
Requirements/Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
  • 1-3 years experience in a marketing associate role or equivalent
  • Social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Willingness to learn
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and motivation to succeed in a competitive environment
  • Strength/comfort with Microsoft Excel, Teams, SharePoint
  • Salesforce experience an asset
  • Bilingual (French and English) skill set is an asset
