Job Description

Sales CoordinatorMitsui High-tec (Canada), Inc. is a newer manufacturing facility in Brantford and we require a Sales Representative to join our team! There is huge potential for future growth due to our state of the art technology in the ever growing ecofriendly vehicles market.As a key member of the Sales Department, the Sales Account Manager will act as a liason, provide information and resolve any emerging problems that the company’s customer accounts may face, with acccuracy and efficiency. The Sales Account Manager will be the direct interface with prospective customers within the company, as assigned.Benefits of the Role:

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist with managing sales operations for exisiting customers to achieve sales targets
  • Strengthen relationships with exisitng/new customers
  • Develop new business with HQ and related teams
  • Lead new program launch with related departments as Sales Account
  • Responsible for customer(s) delivery, invoicing, and accounts receivable
  • Update sales and forecast reports with Sales Administrator
  • Liason between customer and production control/quality/sales and other departments
  • Support sales administrator
  • Other duties, as required
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years sales experience at Tier 1 company in automotive industry is mandatory
  • Program launch experience for new projects is mandatory
  • APQP experience considered an asset
  • Contractual knowledge considered an asset
  • KPI management experience considered an asset
  • Above average negotiation customer service skills
  • Attention to detail in all areas of work
  • Strong knowledge of MS office applications
  • Above average English communication skills
  • Well-developed organization, time management and analytical skills
  • Above average problem solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Intuitive, able to anticipate needs and respond with a sense of urgency
  • Action-oriented, flexible dedicated and committed
  • Professional appearance and manners
  • Strong presentation, written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
