Job Description

Job DescriptionPosition Overview: Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, the incumbent of the position is responsible for the planning and execution of all warehouse shipments/receiving operations and inventory management.Specific functions:

  • Create manifests for daily shipping needs
  • Plan transfers/pick-ups
  • Generate pick lists for the daily schedule
  • Picking and shipping of orders on time
  • Responsible for handling complaints with carriers
  • Supervise warehouse staff with the help of the operations manager
  • Maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse
  • Comply with all security policies and procedures and ensure the safety of warehouse employees
  • Conduct monthly inspections of the workplace and send it to the Director of Human Resources
  • Perform inventory accounts
  • Work collaboratively with the branch administrator to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Assist in hiring warehouse staff
  • Other assigned functions
