Job Description

Are you a motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for helping others We are seeking a dynamic Insurance Sales Associate to join our growing team.AO serves as the largest distribution system of Globe Life Insurance Company, with agents currently assisting families in 19 states and 7 Canadian provinces from over 40 offices around the continent. We seek driven professionals to join our fully virtual and work-from-home team.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong customer base through prospecting, lead generation, and relationship building.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify customer insurance requirements.
  • ⁠Display a resilient work ethic and an unwavering determination for success.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and regulations.
What you’ll need:
  • Canadian Citizenship is required.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Possess a valid insurance license or be willing to obtain one.
