The day starts with a briefing from the Lead Carpenter or other senior team members, setting the priorities for the job site. Throughout the day, you #39;ll be involved in various tasks, from cleaning and preparing work areas to handling materials and assisting skilled trades people. Safety is always the top priority, so you #39;ll follow procedures carefully, ensuring a clean and organized workspace while minimizing risks. You might find yourself wearing a respirator, climbing ladders, or working in tight spaces like basements or attics, all while learning new techniques and best practices. Customer interaction is part of the job, so maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude is key. Whether it #39;s an emergency call after hours or a routine site cleanup, every day brings new challenges and opportunities to grow.Qualifications:
