Paladin Security is Hiring a Healthcare Security Site Supervisor!Pay: $24.50/hourJob Type: Full-TimeLocation: On-Site – Bridgewater, NS, CAAbout the RoleJoin Paladin Security as a Healthcare Security Site Supervisor and take the lead in ensuring safety, professionalism, and operational excellence at one of our key healthcare sites. This role is ideal for leaders with strong communication skills, supervisory experience, and a passion for creating a safe environment for both staff and visitors.Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations in accordance with client and Paladin policies.
• Supervise, mentor, and support the on-site security team.
• Conduct daily paperwork audits (incident reports, log sheets, contractor sign-ins, schedules).
• Respond to emergencies, incidents, and operational requirements (escorts, lock/unlock duties, access control).
• Maintain open communication with the Client Service Manager and address any staffing or morale concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all security procedures, including key control and pass issuance.
• Schedule and manage staff to ensure payroll accuracy.
• Conduct quality assurance checks, maintain site cleanliness, and foster positive relationships with site personnel.
• Assist with policy development, training, and disciplinary or recognition processes.

RequirementsMust-Have Qualifications

• Eligible for a Nova Scotia Security License
• Valid Standard First Aidamp; CPR – Level C (CSA-approved)
• Fluent in English (oralamp; written)
• High school diploma or GED
• Supervisory or management experience
• Able to work days, overnights, weekends, and holidays
• Physically capable of patrolling, standing, walking, and responding to incidents
• Willing to complete UoF/MOAB training (6-month commitment if not certified)
• Reside in Bridgewater or the immediate surrounding area

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Certifications in Use of Force and Management of Aggressive Behaviour (MOAB)
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or healthcare security
• CCTV and alarm monitoring experience
• Additional language skills (e.g., French)
