Job DetailsWhat you will doAs the Technical Product Training in the UK&I, you will have a thorough understanding of Johnson Controls´ products, have a recognised industry background and be responsible for the training of all our Service and Installation teams and selected customers to provide the product knowledge to ensure compliance with recognised fire protection standards.You will work across the organisation and with key stakeholders in the business to design and develop the relevant training courses to meet the ongoing business needs, as well as completing individual technical assessments in the field with our Installation and Service Engineers to identify skills and knowledge gaps and further individual development opportunities.You will do this by becoming a subject expert for our business, teaching technical curriculum with our in-house technology and equipment, partnering with colleagues within the business, and other learning professionals to define the best approaches, bringing problem-solving and expertise to every class you have, and being open to learning new skills as you grow in this job.You will also play a key role in ensuring we have the right partnerships with training providers who are exceeding our expectations.How will you do it
