We #39;re looking for a dedicated Clinical Informatics Lead specializing Ambulatory!Service Category: ITAssignment Type: Individual/HourlyJob Type: RemoteEstimated Work Start Date: 02-Jan-2024Estimated Work End Date: 31-Mar-2024 Job Summary:The project involves comprehensive requirements gathering and design collaboration with key stakeholders, including Clinical and Providers, and Transfusion Medicine Services within the Laboratory. Engagements with Clinical and Medical leads, as well as Laboratory Staff, are conducted to ensure the successful completion of work deliverables. This includes creating end-to-end clinical workflows and conducting requirements gathering using various tools, such as DCWs and custom requirement gathering tools. The process also encompasses the creation and execution of test scripts for unit, functional, and integrated testing, along with regression testing of end-to-end workflows. JIRA Decision and Change tickets are documented and presented to facilitate design and build work, with coordination through Service NOW to align with technical change processes. Collaboration with the education team is undertaken to inform and validate education content creation for activation, while information is provided to support the development and maintenance of project plans. Additionally, the identification and communication of issues and risks relevant to the Transfusion Medicine Project are integral components of the project management approach.Qualifications:
