  • You are BE Power #39;s product expertamp; biggest fan! You #39;ll provide end-user support for our customers when they need some help, advice, or a better understanding of how to use our products.
  • You will play an active role in troubleshooting our productsamp; equipment to resolve any customer challenges or technical issues with aquot;customer first quot;amp;quot;solution focused quot; mindset.
  • Enthusiasticallyamp; professionally answer requests from customers regarding general product information, maintenance or repairs and/or processing of warranty claims.
  • Conduct end-user training as BE #39;s product expert, allowing customers to feel at ease and in good hands.
  • Collaborate with our service center network providing the best technical assistanceamp; training possible.
  • Get creative and put those technical skills to use through the development of service bulletinsamp; training packages.
  • Be strategic through playing an active role in various projects and key initiatives which ultimately impact the growth and success of the organization.
  • Enjoy travelling throughout Canada (approximately 20%), while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
RequirementsOur ideal candidate will have the following experience:
  • 5+ years #39; experience providing technical support, troubleshooting equipment and being aquot;go-to quot; product expert for customers and end users.
  • Industry related experience in power equipment, agriculture, automotive, power tools, or manufacturing preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience working with small engines or power equipment.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
