Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor Job Summary:The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and reliability of equipment and infrastructure at a bioenergy production facility. This role ensures safe, efficient, and continuous plant operations by leading a team of technicians, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, and supporting process improvements.Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily maintenance activities for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate timely repairs and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance documentation.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to support plant performance goals.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff to ensure technical proficiency and safety awareness.

• Associate or Bachelor #39;s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in energy, chemical, or industrial manufacturing; bioenergy experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, CMMS systems, and safety protocols.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
