Job Description

G-Macs AgTeam is seeking to fill the role of full-time, permanent Operations Assistant for our Brock, SK distribution facility. The successful candidate will report to the Distribution Facility Manager and contribute to the safe and efficient operation of the fertilizer distribution facility to achieve production goals.Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A valid Canadian Class 5 drivers license
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate, service, and troubleshoot machinery.
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Forklift, machinery, and equipment operation experience preferred, but not required.
  • Must be able to work under special work conditions, such as extreme heat or cold. Time outside, year-round in all weather conditions.
  • Must be willing to work overtime as required to meet seasonal demands. The work schedule will include some weekend duties.
