Service Team Lead - Kindersley in Kindersley at Pattison Agriculture Limited To fulfill Pattison Agricultures’ vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for a Service Team Lead for our Kindersley, SK location.As a Service Team Lead you will manage the flow of work through the Service Department from customer interactions through to repair completion and invoicing. You will work with the Service Manager to maintain a high labour performance through increasing service labour sales and technician productivity, while maintaining a high Customer Satisfaction rating.The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in Service Department operations, an Agricultural Equipment Technician Journeyperson certification (or equivalent), and is an expert when it comes to knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agriculture and turf equipment.We have excellent benefits, competitive wages, yearly tool allowance, and in-house training and learning opportunities.
