Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and professional Bookkeeper who has extensive experience with QuickBooks. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual who has strong communication skills and enjoys working with others. Our Bookkeeper is responsible for entering data into our QuickBooks system, preparing reports related to sales and expenses, and making financial decisions. We are looking for an individual who is familiar with accounting principles and can efficiently manage our books.Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain, or amend financial records.
  • Justify work done and ensure quality control.
  • Perform monthly payroll duties.
  • Verify and authorize invoices in order to prevent losses of revenue.
  • Process financial records to determine accuracy of financial reporting.
  • Communicate with outside parties, such as banks and investors.,Follow federally mandated regulations.
Job Types: Part-time, PermanentSalary: $22.00-$23.00 per hourBenefits:
