  • Develop both new and established vendor and customer relationships to consistently meet sales targets in the assigned territory with a focus on establishing new vendor relationships
  • Create and maintain pipeline of potential deals through cold calling, vendor visits, meetings and presentations, as well as trade shows and client events
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategy for the territory
  • Understand current market trends to provide value added services to vendor clients and end users, as well, as report required market trends to manager and team
  • Accountable for all aspects of the sales cycle from inception to completion, including write up and submission of credit applications, financial statement analysis, meeting documentation requirements and following up with clients on the gaps
  • Communicate company decisions with client retention in mind while ensuring compliance with the organization’s policies and procedures.
  • Support existing suppliers by implementing growth strategies tailored to their needs in order to develop successful business relationships.
  • Ensure timely CRM documentation and activity ion to ensure accurate production of reports used to manage and track customer resources.
  • Resolve problems and irregularities as needed with a client focused approach
  • Other duties as required
The profile we are looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably a business degree or equivalent work experience within the leasing or construction sector
  • 2-5 years experience in sales preferably within the financial sector
  • Proven ability to develop new business relationships
  • Ability to develop a sales strategy for the assigned region and segment focus
  • Strong communication skills required
  • Proven ability to attain sales targets
  • Excellent ability to negotiate and persuade both clients and internal employees
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external resources and clients
  • Action oriented with the ability to deliver results
  • Knowledge of equipment specifically in the transportation and construction sector
  • Strong organization skills

    • 35 hour work-week, Monday to Friday
