Job Description

SummaryNoah Digital is looking to fill a full-time Account Manager position, reporting to the VP of Client Success and Training, at our head office in Burlington Ontario. As an Account Manager, you will be accountable and responsible for the successful management of selected key client accounts resulting in continued client retention and profitable growth. The candidate will collaborate with our digital marketing service team in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your valuable contribution will help us provide quality services to our clients. The ideal candidate would have a decent knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and PPC, and excellent in oral and written communications and presentation.   • Act as a liaison between the clients, Noah Digital service team, and management team
  • Manage projects and coordinate with the service team to ensure project schedules are followed and project quality is thoroughly checked before delivery to the client.
  • Communicate extremely articulately with clients to present plans, results and progress, discuss possible issues and concerns
  • Proactively identify issues/problems and resolve them creatively to satisfy customer needs and protect company reputation/profitability
  • Develop and maintain client confidence, rapport and relationships with a strong focus on client retention, upsell, and customer service
  • Assist Noah sales team and management team on various projects/tasks
Qualification
  • 2+ years of experience in account management/customer service and project management
  • A decent understanding of digital marketing and general knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Project Management plus certificates in Digital Marketing
  • Excellent presentation skills with comfort in speaking and leading client meetings
  • Persuasive and engaging oral and written communication skills
  • A positive, proactive, self-motivated, and team-focused attitude with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • A reflective approach while being appreciative of feedback and dedicated to continuous improvement
  • Super organized and great attention to detail and dedication to quality assurance
  • Fast learner who is interested in using new technology to improve efficiency
  • Bilingual (Chinese) preferred
Skills Required
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, HTML, CSS and basic programming skills
  • Image and video editing skills required
  • Familiarity with marketing software and applications (e.g. CRM tools, Google Analytics, and SEMRush)
  • Familiarity with project management tools
