Seeking a friendly, motivated and experienced Administrative/Accounting Assistant for our Burlington office. This individual will be able to wear many hats and thrives in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment. This person will welcome new challenges and is able to work independently and as a team.Reporting to the Director of Finance, the candidate will assist in various functions such as:1) Performing reception duties involving the greeting of company stakeholders, answering the telephone, take messages, screen and re-routing calls as necessary;2) Ordering of office supplies and material when requested;3) Sorting of incoming mail4) Performing other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, reporting, & support for all departments5) Assist in creation and implementation of companies policies and procedures6) Assist in planning and preparing for special events7) Provide accounting support within accounts payable & accounts receivable departments8) Prepare multiple account reconciliations for the Director of Finance to review9) Strong customer service skills and demonstrates compassion10) Assist with completing general housekeeping tasks (e.g. maintaining coffee machine, stocking kitchen, organizing office areas and print room);11) Schedule travel, and manage travel arrangements and itineraries12) Assist with onboarding and other misc. human resources tasks13) Other duties as requiredWe offer a competitive wage, benefits package which includes: medical, vision, dental, gym/wellness programs, and tuition/CE reimbursement.
