  • Assist in full-cycle recruitment (screening, interviewing, reference checks, etc.);
  • Assist in on-boarding new employees;
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of job descriptions;
  • Assist with the preparation of documents & archiving/filing of HR records and documents;
  • Participate in the implementation of HR projects;
  • Provide support to the Human Resources Department as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Completed or working towards CHRP is an asset
  • Previous experience working in an administrative role
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple competing priorities
