Job Description

Ref ID: 05070-0012456193Classification: Audit Staff - PublicCompensation: $65000.00 to $140000.00 yearlyOur client is an established and successful CPA firm in the Halton region. Due to steady growth and recent promotions, our client is expanding its Auditamp; Assurance team. They are currently hiring for the following HYBRID positions:

  • Intermediate Audit Associate (must be a CPA or late stages of CPA program with 1+ years of public accounting experience)
  • Audit Manager (must be a CPA with 5+ years of accounting experience including minimum 1 year of manager experience in public accounting)
  • Senior Audit Manager (must be a CPA with 8 years of accounting experience including several years of manager experience in public accounting)
To be considered for any of these positions, you must be a CPA (or as detailed above) with experience in a local CPA firm where you have gained extensive knowledge of Canadian GAAP, ASPE and Canadian corporate taxation laws. You must also have extensive audit and review experience with SMB and NPO clients. Please note that no candidates without local public accounting firm experience will be considered for any of these positions.Our client offers a generous compensation package including:

Job Requirements:
  • CPA designation (or late stage in CPA program for Intermediate Associate role)
  • Public accounting experience
  • Canadian GAAP and ASPE experience
  • Canadian corporate taxation experience
  • Audit and review experience in a small to mid-sized CPA firm
