YES TV is licensed and regulated by the CRTC as a religious channel and an exclusively Canadian television station, available in 6.8 million homes across Canada.PurposeThis position contributes to the organization through the day to day coordination of commercial revenue and related material for YES TV as part of the Traffic team. The traffic team works as a high functioning unit responsible for fulfilling the expectations of the commercial customer, as well as regulatory and organizational requirements. Open office, casual, friendly and highly collaborative environment. (Temporarily remote)Areas of ResponsibilityJob Specific Duties1. Backfill for log editors when needed.2. Assist with order processing.3. Responsible for post editing of the regional logs and indieNET logs.4. Coordinate quality assurance of sales group codes to ensure accurate avails, logs, orders, and clearances prior to month end processes (billing & CRTC).5. Assist with the generation and distribution of Post Clearance reports to Direct Response and Retail clients (via sales coordinator).6. Assist with last minute log changes (as identified by MCR).7. Ensure that pull lists are clear of discrepancies daily.8. Assist Traffic Manager with any projects as needed.9. Assist with promo placement on logs.10. Assist with weekly bonus list.11.
