You have attention to detail, excellent soft skills and a true sense of professionalism (because on the job we take this darn seriously). You are eager to learn, enjoy being on-the-go (getting some Fitbit steps in) and can master the art of time management. Quality of life is important to you. You are someone who will think of being a Mint Maids Pro as a career with goals of moving on up and along our Mint Maids Career Path.A DAY IN THE LIFE. We are paperless. There is NEVER a need to stop in the office and wait around to get your schedule. We've got scheduling locked down and available to you via our online scheduling system/smartphone

• it’s a great day to have a great day!
• check your Mint Maids schedule on your smartphone device (from the comfort of your home) and review your schedule for the day
• rock your Mint Maids uniform (don’t worry, it’s totally stylish)
• roll out to your first client of the day for a 9am arrival time
• use the Mint Maids scheduling GPS feature to direct you all the way there and to notify your client that you are on route.
• arrive, high five your Pro Partner (we work in teams of 2-3), unload your top of the line equipment
• use the Mint Maids App to clock-in to your first client of the day and away you go!
• use the Mint Maids App to clock-out of your first client of the day, high five your Pro Partners and off you go the the next client.
• your full schedule consists of 4-6 clients a day and it is available to you 24/7 for viewing via our App
• expect visits and laughs throughout your week from your Area Manager who will also deliver fresh cleaning cloths to you and stock you up with whatever you need!
• wrap up your last clean, high five your Pro Partners and head home, or to yoga, or the market, or to go watch your kids swim lessons.
• we are never in the field past 5:00. we don’t do evenings. we don’t do weekends. we don’t do stat holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $16.00-$21.00 per hourAdditional pay:

• Commission pay

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

COVID-19 considerations:Home owners are expected to wear a mask, leave the home or stay in 1 area of the house while our techs are in the home. Our techs wear masks and gloves into every home. Masks, gloves and hand sanitizer are provided!Application question(s):
