Were a tech-focused organization with a passion for books and customer experience.To continue our tremendous success and unparalleled growth, were searching for a full time qualified and ambitious individual ready to assist and support existing customers while focusing on inbound sales leads from potential consumers.THE JOB

  • Provide expert advice and information to customers over the telephone, email and live chat
  • Assist in the resolution of customer complaints ensuring total satisfaction
  • Provide internal feedback regarding both customer satisfaction and potential bugs/issues with the service
MUST HAVES
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated passion for customer service
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business, including evening hours, some weekends and holidays
  • Strong English
