Traditional work patterns are - 10 shifts across two weeks * 26 bi-weekly periods per year = 260 days of work per yearThe Ippolito Difference…75 working days per year OR 6 fewer work days every month plus vacation!More time with friends and family with the same pay!Save on gas with less trips into work, at least $200.00 a month!Amazing employee referral programComprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision coverageRSP program, with company matching portionEmployee food purchase programWHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGInspect a bag/tub on a regular basis ensuring seal, tamper band affixed to tubs, data codes, labels are visible and correct label is placed on proper product, case codes, and product meets quality standards.Grade, package, and palletize various products, ensuring quality control standards are met.Operating production machinesMaintain a safe work environment, sweeping the floor and removing any hazards (i.e. leaves on the floor, pallet strapping etc.) and leave work area clean at the end of each shift.Always follow all Health and Safety and Food Regulations and procedures, wearing Personal Protective Equipment as advised, such as steel toe shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, Teflon gloves, etc. and attend training sessions as required.Follow all Food and Safety Policies and ensuring supervisors or lead hands are kept up to date on concerns related to quality and safety issues.Ensure production quotas and other requirements set out by supervisors are met and that any quality concerns are reported to production supervisors.Report all workplace accidents or health and safety concerns to a supervisor.Ensure the quality of the products is good, both physically and visually. Report any concerns to lead hand and supervisors.WHO YOU ARE·A desire to learn and grow in a companyAbility to work in a fast paced environment.Good hand eye coordination.Ability to work well with others, as this position requires working closely with all production and maintenance staff.Ability to lift 25 -45 pounds#Produce2022Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:
