Job Description

Join our amazing opening team and work in our stunning new property overlooking Lake Ontario. Share your passion for hospitality and help to create incredible guest experiences by keeping our hotel and property spotless and breathtaking.The Housekeeping Attendant will efficiently and thoroughly complete their duties, always doing a quality job to leave the property in an excellent state of affairs. Successful applicants must understand the importance of maintaining meticulous standards in a luxury hotel and possess outstanding guest service skills. The Housekeeping Attendant is a hard working and enthusiastic individual, with incredible attention to detail and a passion for providing amazing service.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Clean and service assigned Hotel areas according to established standards and procedures
  • Provide assistance to room attendants on daily basis
  • Ensure guest hallways and back spaces are clean and in good repair
  • Clean public areas (interior and exterior)
  • Deliver guest calls/requests
  • Handle and store chemicals in line with hotel regulations and any local legislative requirements
  • Able to handle all cleaning machines and maintain the cleanliness of the equipments.
  • Ensure the correct handling of lost guest property in accordance with Hotel Procedures
  • Deal with guest requests in a courteous, prompt, and professional manner
  • Provide basic information on facilities
  • Report all necessary maintenance issues to Maintenance Department
  • Report guest issues to the Housekeeping Manager/Housekeeping Supervisor
  • Perform additional duties as assigned or directed by management (laundry, small maintenance repairs, etc.)
  • Demonstrate a commitment to further develop skills and knowledge and take initiative toward accomplishing personal and professional development goals.
