You have a hunger to learn new products and services, to learn a proven way of doing business, yet not be afraid to make suggestions on how we can improve our ability to win business.Position Overview

  • Practice a daily routine of calling prospects, qualifying leads and developing relationships
  • Utilize sales and marketing collateral to enhance your nurturing activities with the focus of booking meetings and selling from our menu of services
  • Facilitate the completion & authentication of target lead listsMasterfully find information using the internet and various applications
  • You believe that great notes and documentation is key to maximizing your sales potential
  • Have great telephone manner to connect with prospects and clients, and book meetings with our internal functional service teams
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong computer skills
  • Detail oriented, accurate and relentless in your pursuit of data integrity
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptable to various business tools, software programs and CRM systems
  • Real estate experience is a strong asset
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and a natural aptitude for connecting with people, building relationship and overcoming objections
