Months 7-9: Inside Sales Level 1

Months 10-12: Inside Sales Level 2
  • Continue to perform the ISR role

What will you do:
  • Rotate through the warehouse, counter, and inside sales job roles
  • Participate in regular group check-ins and in-person meetings
  • Travel to various locations in the GTHA over the first 6 months (travel stipend included, to help off-set commuting costs for the first 6 months)
  • Complete all learning elements (eLearningamp; hands-on)
  • Focus on sales process, product knowledge, leadership development, and related topics, aligning to our business
  • Job shadow with salespeople and subject matter experts
What will you bring:
  • Post Secondary Diploma/Degree in a relevant discipline: Business (Supply Chain/Commerce/Marketing), Trades (Plumbing/HVAC/Construction), Humanities (Psychology/Sociology)
  • A dedication to continual learning with an aim to succeed
  • Results-oriented attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Career ambitious and able to envision long term career growth
  • Sales experience such as retail or wholesale considered an asset
  • Any second language, not required, but an asset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and can balance multiple priorities
  • Must hold a valid driver #39;s license with access to a vehicle
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
  • Steel-toed boots (reimbursable up to $200 with receipt)
