Start your journey with Sodexo, as we continue to grow across Canada!Job DescriptionReporting to the Senior Manager, Product & Marketing, as the Manager, Marketing & Site Configuration, you will provide project management structure across the business to support the current and future state of Sodexo’s business, environment landscape and opportunities for growth. You will support Sodexo’s profitable growth strategy by supporting segment client centric efforts to drive client loyalty and advocacy for Sodexo.How Youll Make an Impact:Site Configuration

• Support all stages of food management project pilot, including post-pilot assessment
• Support on deployment planning and execution
• Establish new business processes for operators and support implementation
• Collect and report on KPIs for food management system
• Deliver training to operators (onsite or virtually) to ensure full adoption and successful deployment
• Manage and provide post-deployment support and training
• Communicate with project team and operators (at all levels) at key milestones along the project path
• Work with cross-functional teams and keep all stakeholders informed during project planning, deployment, and post-deployment
• Liaise effectively with key internal and external stakeholders to identify best way to proceed

Marketing

• Manage and support segment for ready-to-deploy culinary concepts and retail programs
• Manage central support for CCX digital marketing initiatives (Mobile App, POS, Menu boards)
• Manage content calendar for the food platform for Sodexo Express (internal communications)
• Support on planning national marketing promotions and LTOs calendar across all segments
• Support on snacking & beverage strategy – ITZ retail Reset
• Support Go-To-Market initiatives to support different segment business needs
• Coordinate with multiple vendors and segment marketing leads

QualificationsWhat Youll Need to Succeed:

• 5+ to 8 years of experience in food operations, field marketing, project management, and project deployment
• Bilingual in French/English is an asset
• Menu management and nutrition software knowledge
• Knowledge and understanding of unit operations to recommend, implement, and complete projects
• Detail-oriented, meticulous and organized
• Food safety course completed (MAPAQ, NFSTP or other)
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal and external key stakeholders and influence at all levels
• Strong Communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
