Job Description

We are looking for talented candidates to join our marketing team to help enrich our online product descriptions and elevate our customer experience. Under the leadership of our Digital Product Marketing Manager, you’ll work with various data sources to identify item descriptions and images and enhance these to help promote each product and help the site user access the details they need to make their buying decision.We are industry leaders in developing and delivering a unique ecommerce experience for our customers. Product descriptions are critical to the quality of that experience. If the idea of enhancing those descriptions to make them more appealing and more interesting to customers sounds like a way to make great use of your exceptional writing skills, this is the role for you!Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify key information to enrich descriptions, titles and specifications of cleaning and hygiene, safety, industrial and food packaging products
  • Update and improve product information and enter in formatted files to be uploaded to our Product Information Management (PIM) system
  • Proofread and edit product data
  • Sourcing assets for products (Images, SDS sheets)
  • Work with E-commerce Coordinator to ensure accuracy and completeness of product data.
Requirements:
  • High level of attention to detail and comfortable with large dataset
  • Excellent communication and proofreading skills
  • Excellent research, organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work productively individually and with a team
  • Experience with MS Office Suite (primarily Excel)
  • Laptop with internet connectivity
  • Bilingual in French (preferred)
The following would be considered an asset but are not required:
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Acrobat)
  • Understanding of SEO and SEM best practices
