What makes us unique is our fun, progressive culture and that we are award-winning and medically based, meaning that procedures are performed by medical professionals in our clinics using the most cutting edge technology in the world.POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Medical Spa Manager is primarily responsible for the growth and expansion of both clinics; implementation of new strategies through effective leadership and management. The Medical Spa Manager ensures that the sales process is maximized, quality service and care are delivered to clients, the consultant and nurse team members are coached and developed, and key operational and service standards are maintained.FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Development of sales targets and analysis of weekly, monthly and annual goals and strategy to increase sales. Manage lead volume & progress and service/products upgrade.2. Develops and executes marketing strategies focused on achieving financial goals, for direct client acquisitions and inter-department referrals.3. Manage day to day operation of the spa, including; reception, reservations, hosting, maintenance/quality control; including service, cleanliness and product usage, etc.4. Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, performance reviews, conflict management, business building, skill enhancement and goal setting.5. Analyzes and monitors Key Performance Indicators (Contract sales, department profits, expenses, retention, etc.) to identify trends, opportunities, deficiencies; takes action to positively impact sales and profit.6. Models the brand, values, and lifestyle and maintains a professional image at all times; sets high standards for self, based upon competency model; builds an effective network within the company, across all departments, and in the local market.7. Ensures team members complete all paperwork, client forms, client correspondence, series sold etc. in an accurate and timely fashion.8. Ensures medical staff are adhering to treatment standards and are fully executing the department’s programs and procedures. Enhance current and create new standards as per healthcare regulations.9. Researches and resolves client concerns promptly; shares best practices regarding client retention and service with other departments/managers so all can learn from concerns and solutions; puts the client first and models service and care standards at all times.10. Tracks performance on sales activities, staff productivity and supplies/inventory.11. Ensures team members are engaged and morale is high within the department; recognizes team members for high performance on a daily basis; communicates information needed to all team members and conducts weekly or monthly team member meetings.13. Prepare payroll.14. Minimum of five years of management in medical or laser environment preferred2. Knowledge of spa products, medical cosmetic procedures and inventory management3. Must enjoy sales and working directly with clients to ensure excellent customer service4. Ability to work weekends and evenings when required by business needs5. Medical or health related college degree preferred6. Proven track record of meeting and achieving goals/targets, cost control skills7. Excellent technical/computer/closing skills8. Ability to create and implement such documents as staff schedules, safety rules, standard operating procedures, and performance reviews9. Must have strong written and oral communication skills.10. Must be able to prioritize, multi-task and have creative problem solving skills.11.
