If you aspire to a job where your initiative, energy and passion for customer service will be highlighted every day, we have the position you are searching for.Job DescriptionHow You’ll Make an Impact:Reporting to the Manager, Employee Experience and Events, the Office Coordinator will be responsible for the day to day running and organization of our Burlington Office and will be the first point of contact for our employees and visitors. The Office Coordinator will be an energetic, organized and detail oriented professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats.Accountabilities:

  • Answering the main phone line, transferring calls to employees, provide information and assist with general inquiries
  • Greeting employees and visitors to the office
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail and packages
  • Managing the meeting room calendars, assists with catering orders, responsible for setting up/cleaning up the meeting spaces
  • Monitoring and ordering inventory for the office, restocks all kitchen and supplies (coffee machines etc.)
  • Processes invoices, submits requests for new vendors, and follows up past due invoices
  • Assists benefits team with bank deposits
  • Submitting work orders and scheduling repairs for general office space and equipment
  • Researches and plans all social activities and wellness initiatives (Office lunches, yoga)
QualificationsWhat You’ll Need to Succeed:
  • Post-secondary degree in in administration, human resources, communications or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Very strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Managing Multiple Priorities
  • Proficient use of a wide variety of technologies
  • Drive and Dependability
  • Detail oriented
  • Bilingual (English and French) will be considered an important asset
  • The incumbent will be based out of our Burlington office
