  • Support the day to day operation of the Pharmacy

The Receptionist will be responsible for handling incoming calls, vendor partnerships, entering patient data, and supporting a quality patient experience.This contract is a 1-3 month contract to start with the possibility to extend. We are seeking administrative professionals in Burlington area with availability to start as soon as possible.AdvantagesWhats in it for YOU as a Receptionist:

ResponsibilitiesWhat YOU will be doing as a Receptionist:
  • Greet customers as they come to the pharmacy to pick up prescription
  • Monitoring voicemail and directing calls to the appropriate department
  • Collect payment and insurance information
  • Tracking and following up on packages
  • Scanning and entering patient information into Kroll with perfect accuracy
  • Working in a fast-paced environment
  • Handling confidential information
QualificationsWhat YOU bring to the role of the Receptionist:
  • 1-2 years of Administrative and Data Entry experience
  • Knowledge with Kroll will be considered an asset
  • Extremely organized
  • Warm, friendly and professional communication style with service orientation
  • Detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexible, easy-going, open to learning
