Apply now!Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain, the Order Fulfillment Team Member will be cross-trained to work within various areas of manufacturing and the warehouse. The Order Fulfillment Team Member focuses on efficiency and quality of work to ensure we are delivering a great award experience to our clients.Duties & Responsibilities:WAREHOUSE/SHIPPINGReceiving and storing of goods using various software and wireless scannersPerform general physical activities in order to load, unload, sort and move shipments by hand or using material handling equipmentPicking of goods using wireless scanners and printersPreparation of orders for shipping (pack, seal, and label materials)Issuing materials to orders using SAP and other softwareIssuing of tooling to ordersJob order preparationMANUFACTURINGUtilizing many different custom pieces of equipment to manufacture custom awardsPerforming processes such as press, trim, solder, polish etc.Cross training within the teamRotating through the processesFocusing on quality and safetySeeking to improve everydayRequirements:Good communication skills, both written and verbalStrong attention to detail for accuracyComputer skills (basic)Ability to lift 50lbsGood eyesight and hand-eye coordinationExcellent hand dexterity (fine motor movements)Ability to stand for longer periods of timePunctuality and reliability is a mustEnthusiastic and team-oriented workerPersonally accountable for own decisions and actionsPositive attitudeContinuous Improvement mindsetHow to Apply:If appreciation is in your DNA too, we invite you to join us!
