It is a company that serves customers with innovative compressor, vacuum, power, and industrial technologies. CPC Pumps specializes in designing, manufacturing, testing, and servicing of engineered heavy duty process centrifugal pumps (fully API 610 Compliant) for the CCUS, Green Energy / Circular Economy, H2, LNG, Chem-Petrochem and power-generating industry since 1957.We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our Engineering team to support and coordinate the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and CAD activities in the role of PLM / CAD Administrator (1 Year Contract).PurposeThe PLM / CAD Administrator (Contract) utilizes strong CAD (SolidWorks) and PLM (3DExperience) skills coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to review, plan, schedule, monitor and coordinate CAD and PLM activities at CPC Pumps.Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordination of all pre-rollout and rollout activities new PLM/CAD Activities
  • Overall template and use-case validation and Coordination of use case testing
  • Defining data migration requirements and validating/testing of data migration results
  • Coordination and delivery of training programs for various departments
  • Support of user trainings
  • User care and issue mapping
  • Support user administration and licenses allocation for 3DExperinece
  • Work together with Atlas Copco IT services to coordinate client installations
  • Management, maintenance, and upgrade of CAD (SolidWorks) drawings, settings, and templates, and standards
  • Support engineering and key users with day-to-day activities including but not limited to: production release flow activities via PLM

Education and/or Experience
  • University/College Degree in an engineering or related field is required
  • PLM (3DExperinece) experience is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience using SolidWorks is required (CSWP is an asset)
  • Computer Programming background is an asset
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
  • Experience working with SAP environment is an asset

  • Must be aware of and comply with all relevant safety policy and procedures
