The Portfolio Administration Agent enhances the client experience and mitigates against operational risk through effective portfolio management routines for leasing products e.g. lease contract maintenance and routines, cash application utilizing scheduled reporting and on-line input to various systems measured through established service and quality standards.What will you do

  • Fulfills reporting and cash management activities and routines as per normal schedule and or lifecycle through various channels i.e. leasing reports, cheques received, other systems (RBC Express)
  • Ensures quality, accuracy and alignment to all internal policy and procedure documentation of all incoming and outgoing workflow
  • Advocate of RBC Key Behaviors and consistently demonstrates their positive impact on business and individual performance in day to day activities with team-mates, colleagues and partners: Put clients first, Collaborate as partners, Develop people, Act on our accountabilities, Make decisions faster and Prioritize for greatest impact
  • Effectively and accurately updates reporting such as closing leases on the system as it has been fully paid out or small balance remaining
  • Manages cash by applying cheques activities received to outstanding balance
What do you need to succeedMust-have
  • 1-2 years in a client facing environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively manage time and priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems by generating, evaluating and recommending alternatives
  • Ability to discern when to update and seek guidance
  • Strong willingness and desire to learn
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently
